We recently purchased a home in Fairhope, AL, and wanted to clean 6 years worth of tile grout filth that we inherited. After attempting to clean everything on our own and getting overwhelmed by products and methods, we decided to call in a professional. We saw a Facebook ad for Sir Grout Gulf Coast, and after reading several favorable reviews, decided to give them a call.
We received a prompt call back and scheduled a free in home estimate with Casey a few days later. He explained their cleaning service and performed a few test cleanings to show us the results that we could expect, including testing a few grout color options. Casey presented us with a reasonable quote for a large primary bath area (including walk-in closets) and two smaller baths.
On the scheduled work day, Casey and Colton (an assistant) arrived by 8:30 am and immediately got to work cleaning tiles and grout. They took great care to protect our floors and furnishings, and completed the scheduled work by mid-afternoon. We were very pleased with the service we received, and our tile looks brand new!
After using our shower, we discovered a couple of grout lines that didn't look right. We reached out to Casey with a couple of pictures, and he promptly came back out to our house to re-color the grout lines.
To say we were happy with our experience would be an understatement. Casey was great to work with and took the time to explain everything and address our concerns. He even gave us a bottle of pH neutral Sir Grout cleaner concentrate that should last us for a long time. We will absolutely call on Sir Grout Gulf Coast again in the future.
