Sir Grout Gulf Coast completed an extensive repair and rejuvenation of our walk-in shower. Excellent work and customer service. The results look better than new.

The work was completed timely and with outstanding attention to detail. Both Casey and Jamar showed Customer Service skills rarely found today. Also, quality-to-cost comparison is very reasonable. I feel like the results-to-cost comparison worked more in my favor than otherwise.

I would strongly encourage and recommend anyone with tile or grout concerns or problems to call and seriously consider using Sir Grout Gulf Coast. You will be happy with the results.

Casey was professional and very knowledgeable, was prompt in scheduling the appointment and arriving on time, assessed what needed to be done, and provided a fair quote; he stands behind his work, and I highly recommend him and his company for any grout/tile issues.

Jamar was the technician who came out and performed the work for me, and he was friendly, professional, and very caring about his work and my satisfaction. I appreciated his attention to detail, and he also provided me with the product and instructions on how to use it to keep the grout/tile clean.

I appreciated both Casey's and Jamar's assistance in sealing and cleaning up our tile and grout in a newly remodeled bathroom. Superb company and wonderful employees that are a valuable asset to the company.

The grout in the master bathroom shower of our three-year-old Turland home had deteriorated to the point that the grout was missing and took considerable effort to keep clean. The Grout on the main bathroom floor had begun to yellow and no matter how much we scrubbed we could not keep it clean.

I contacted Sir Grout when my wife had enough of this mess. Casey, from Sir Grout Gulf Coast, came to our home and took a look at the mess we had. He explained the process he would use to correct all the problems we were having.

We had Casey with Sir Grout Gulf Coast come clean our tile and grout in the bathrooms and seal our granite countertops. Our shower was custom and we loved the design, but our tile guy didn't do the best job. The grout was never sealed and the angle was wrong, so when Sir Grout came out and evaluated everything, we had water in the subfloor. Casey and Jamar took great care of us, were very easy to work with, on time, and the work was outstanding. I'm so glad we called Sir Grout Gulf Coast. Our new epoxy grout is beautiful and cleaning it is a breeze.
