The grout in the master bathroom shower of our three-year-old Turland home had deteriorated to the point that the grout was missing and took considerable effort to keep clean. The Grout on the main bathroom floor had begun to yellow and no matter how much we scrubbed we could not keep it clean.

I contacted Sir Grout when my wife had enough of this mess. Casey, from Sir Grout Gulf Coast, came to our home and took a look at the mess we had. He explained the process he would use to correct all the problems we were having.

We were not disappointed with the outcome of the process. My wife is overjoyed with the new look of the shower and flooring. We will be using Sir Grout Gulf Coast for other bathrooms in our home.

Our shower was custom and we loved the design, but our tile guy didn't do the best job. The grout was never sealed and the angle was wrong, so when Sir Grout came out and evaluated everything, we had water in the subfloor. Casey and Jamar took great care of us, were very easy to work with, on time, and the work was outstanding. I'm so glad we called Sir Grout Gulf Coast. Our new epoxy grout is beautiful and cleaning it is a breeze.

We recently purchased a home in Fairhope, AL, and wanted to clean 6 years worth of tile grout filth that we inherited. After attempting to clean everything on our own and getting overwhelmed by products and methods, we decided to call in a professional. We saw a Facebook ad for Sir Grout Gulf Coast, and after reading several favorable reviews, decided to give them a call.

We received a prompt call back and scheduled a free in home estimate with Casey a few days later. He explained their cleaning service and performed a few test cleanings to show us the results that we could expect, including testing a few grout color options. Casey presented us with a reasonable quote for a large primary bath area (including walk-in closets) and two smaller baths.

On the scheduled work day, Casey and Colton (an assistant) arrived by 8:30 am and immediately got to work cleaning tiles and grout. They took great care to protect our floors and furnishings, and completed the scheduled work by mid-afternoon. We were very pleased with the service we received, and our tile looks brand new!

After using our shower, we discovered a couple of grout lines that didn't look right. We reached out to Casey with a couple of pictures, and he promptly came back out to our house to re-color the grout lines.

To say we were happy with our experience would be an understatement. Casey was great to work with and took the time to explain everything and address our concerns. He even gave us a bottle of pH neutral Sir Grout cleaner concentrate that should last us for a long time. We will absolutely call on Sir Grout Gulf Coast again in the future.
